Your orders placed on Jiaxin's official website, Jiaxin's social media accounts, and ("Online Channels") will enjoy free delivery service. Depending on your order address, we will preferably deliver to you by DHL or FedEx. Areas that cannot be directly reached by DHL or FedEx will be delivered by DHL or FedEx to local logistics companies. We will send you the tracking number by email and SMS to facilitate your tracking information.For orders delivered via DHL, you will receive a signature code from DHL via SMS.
